Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finance domain and demonstrated ability to work directly with business teams and end users. This role requires both technical expertise in Power BI and excellent communication skills to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting and analytical requirements.
*Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to finance-related projects.
*Translate complex business needs into effective data models, visualizations, and interactive reports.
*Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality in all reports and dashboards.
*Interact directly with end users for requirement clarification, feedback gathering, and post-implementation support.
*Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
*Document report specifications, data flows, and dashboard logic for transparency and future reference.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Power BI Developer on finance domain projects.
*Strong understanding of financial data, metrics, and reporting requirements.
*Hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report design).
*Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interact directly with business teams and end users.
*Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
