Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Human Capital Management with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support. The candidate will be expected to work closely with client stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver solutions across core HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
*Engage in full-cycle SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
*Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver optimized SAP HCM solutions.
*Configure SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), etc.
*Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and user training documentation.
*Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP) for custom developments and enhancements.
*Conduct workshops and training sessions for client users.
*Provide support during UAT and go-live phases.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in SAP HCM Functional.
*Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in core HCM modules.
*Must have completed at least one end-to-end SAP HCM implementation.
*Good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like FI, MM, and SuccessFactors is a plus.
*Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
*Experience in SuccessFactors integration or certification.
*Functional experience in ESS/MSS, Benefits, or Learning Solutions.
