Job Summary :
As a key member of our trading operations team, you will leverage SS&C Advent’s Moxy™ platform to enhance trade workflows from inception through settlement. You will improve operational efficiency, support multi‑asset and multi‑currency trade activity, and ensure robust compliance and transparency throughout the trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :
*Manage end-to-end trade workflows: Use Moxy to oversee portfolio modeling, trade creation, execution, confirmation, allocation, and settlement—delivering seamless trade order management.

*Configure and maintain trading views: Customize real-time dashboards reflecting firm‑specific workflows—from portfolio creation through allocation and settlement.

*Support multi-currency and multi-asset trading: Facilitate trading across diverse asset classes and currencies, ensuring correctness and compliance.

*Enable maker/checker controls & rule checks: Implement preventive compliance, trade restrictions, and maker/checker separations within Moxy workflows.

*Manage FIX and algorithmic integrations: Configure and monitor FIX connectivity with custodians, execution venues, and algorithmic providers to support automated trading.

*Ensure post-trade transparency: Deliver detailed reporting on trading activity, cash positions, and clearance status with full chain-of-custody transparency .

*Collaborate across internal teams: Work closely with portfolio managers, compliance, middle/back-office, and technology to integrate Moxy with the broader Advent Investment Suite (e.g., APX, Rules Manager, Genesis).

*Drive scalability and efficiency: Scale Moxy implementations to support increased portfolios, trade volumes, and growing AUM—all while maintaining system performance.

Role Requirements and Qualifications :
*6+ years of experience in trade operations, portfolio management, or OMS support.
*Hands-on experience with trade order management systems (preferably SS&C Advent Moxy or equivalent).
*Strong understanding of multi‑asset and multi‑currency trade execution processes.
*Familiarity with FIX protocol and algorithmic trading integrations.
*Proficiency in trade compliance workflows, maker/checker models, and preventive trade checks.
*Thrives in a collaborative, process-driven environment.

Desirable Skills:
*Experience integrating OMS with portfolio accounting (APX), compliance (Rules Manager), and rebalancing tools (Genesis).
*Database skills (e.g., SQL) and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
*Track record in improving trade workflow efficiency and scalability.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
