Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modelling, metadata management, and data architecture principles, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms and agile delivery environments. This role will be instrumental in designing scalable, high-performance data solutions and enforcing best practices in data governance and architecture.

Key Responsibilities :
*Strong experience in data modelling and design expertise.
*Strong knowledge on Data architecture principals, including data warehousing and data lake designs.
*Hands-on experience in metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloguing.
*Ability to define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and governance frameworks.
*Excellent command of SQL and query tuning, ability to optimise large scale ETL/ELT pipelines.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8+ years' experience as a data designer in complex data ecosystem.
*Experience in Code management tools (Git, GitHub).
*Experience with Query performance optimisation.
*Cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Databricks).
*Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management/communication.
*Extensive experience working in an agile environment.
