Job Summary :
As a key member of our IT/Endpoint team, you will be responsible for end-to-end application packaging, testing, and deployment across SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Citrix, and virtualized environments. You will ensure smooth, secure, and compliant delivery of software to enterprise endpoints while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :
1.Package & Deploy Applications:
*Use Flexera AdminStudio, InstallShield, PSADT, and App-V Sequencer for packaging MSI, Legacy EXE, Win32, and virtualized apps for deployment via SCCM, Intune, and Citrix.
*Manage the full lifecycle of ~120+ applications—gathering requirements, extracting sources, packaging, QA/testing, scheduling, deployment, updates, and retirement.

2.Endpoint Migration & Modernization:
*Serve as a core contributor on SCCM-to-Intune migration efforts, converting legacy applications to modern Intune Win32 formats and managing co‑management strategies.

3.Scripting & Automation:
*Develop advanced PowerShell and batch scripts (e.g., PSADT), along with MSI custom actions and transforms (MST), to standardize installations and configurations.
*Automate packaging and deployment tasks, troubleshooting, and incident remediation (L3).

4. Support & Troubleshooting:
*Act as an L3 escalation point—diagnose installation failures, dependency conflicts, and policy issues within SCCM/Intune environments using logs and diagnostic tools.

5.Compliance & Documentation:
*Maintain packaging best practices and ensure compliance with security standards and endpoint policies.
*Produce and update technical documentation including package specifications, deployment plans, runbooks, and CMDB entries.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*6+ years in application packaging & deployment, with significant experience using MSI repackaging tools (AdminStudio, InstallShield), SCCM, Microsoft Intune, App‑V, Citrix, and VMware/Hyper-V.
*PowerShell scripting, batch scripting, and MSI custom actions/transforms.
*Application virtualization (App‑V sequencing + deployment).
*Endpoint configuration and patching using SCCM and Windows Update Rings.
*Strong troubleshooting skills with logs, registry, ProcMon, Event Viewer.
*Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Additional Skills:
*Experience with AD/Group Policy, ActiveSetup.
*Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and CMDB systems.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Fundamentals (AZ-900, PL-900), ITIL, or related endpoint management qualifications.
