Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled SAP MM Functional Consultant to manage and support procurement, inventory management, subcontracting, and MM integrations with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MM configurations, workflow processes, master data handling, and customized developments related to material management.

Key Responsibilities :
1.Procurement & Purchasing Processes:
*Manage creation, approval, and amendment of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Approval Purchase Orders (APO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
*Handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes including creation, maintaining/displaying quotations, linking RFQs to PR/APO/PO, and RFQ deletion.
*Process Service Entry Sheets (SES) creation and approvals.
*Manage workflow configurations for PR/PO/APO/SES approvals.

2.Inventory & Stock Management:
*Oversee reservation creation and manage goods issue/receipt for maintenance, projects, assets, and direct consumption.
*Execute intra-plant and inter-plant stock transfers, storage location transfers, and stock transport orders.
*Manage OBD processes, placing items in storage, and project stock movements to WBS elements.

3.Subcontracting & NRGP Handling:
*Support subcontracting processes (e.g., repair, AMC), including PO creation and vendor tracking.
*Manage Non-Returnable Gate Pass (NRGP) creation against material documents.

4.Physical & Analytical Inventory Control:
*Conduct periodic physical inventory and manage cycle counting.
*Perform inventory classification and analysis using ABC, XYZ, and VED methods.
*Support material scrapping processes as per company policies.

5.Sales Inventory & Valuated Stock:
*Manage transfer and receipt of saleable materials like data cards, SIMs, and CPEs.
*Handle CDR stock depletion, material issue to CSCs, and inventory movement to SSAs.

6.MM-FMS/SVP Integration:
*Support bulk SES creation for cluster POs through FMS and AMC invoices through SVP, including integration with external servers.

7.Master Data Management:
*Create and maintain material master data, services, plants, storage locations, material types, number ranges, and use LSMW, BAPI, BADI, BDC for bulk uploads.
*Maintain INFO records, MM-related tables, and tagging of plants with business areas (BA).

8.Reporting & Customization:
*Develop and support custom MM documents outputs and reports related to procurement, stock, and inventory.
*Assist in MM-FI, MM-PS, and MM-PM MM-PP/QM module integration.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Overall 10+ years experience and 5+ years hands-on experience as an SAP MM consultant.
*Strong expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and inventory management.
*Experience in workflow configuration, master data maintenance, and external interface handling (FMS, SVP).
*Familiarity with MM integrations with FICO, PS, PM PP/QM modules.
*Proficiency in using tools such as LSMW, BAPI, BADI, BDC for data migration and automation.
*Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
*SAP Certification
