Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions. This is a fully onsite client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities :
*Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Platform tools.
*Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
*Create interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards in Power BI.
*Develop and maintain workflows and process automations using Power Automate.
*Collaborate with business and technical teams to leverage SharePoint for data storage, collaboration, and integration.
*Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and solution demos.
*Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
*Lead discussions and workshops with clients and business teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
*Ensure performance, scalability, and best practices in app and automation design.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8+ years of professional experience in Microsoft technologies, with at least 5 years focused on Power Platform.
*Strong expertise in:
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Reports & Dashboards)
Power Automate (Cloud flows, Approvals, Integration with external systems)
SharePoint Online (Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Integration)
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients.
*Proven ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and convert them into functional specifications.
*Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party APIs.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an onsite role.
